VISHWAS (Visual Information Sharing With Advance System) is a unique project of its own developed by SoftSystems Consultancies Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Zilla Parishad Nagpur to improve the performance of on-field employees of education department of Zilla Parishad. It is a mobile based target management and verification system which monitors and verifies the targets assigned to on-field employees using GPS enabled Android phones. The key features of VISHWAS are,1 It replaced old tedious process of manual reporting and paper record maintenance system with a digital, cloud based system.
2 Targets are assigned to employees online and employees can see them right on their mobile phones.
3 It accurately verifies the target locations visited by employee with the help of GPS based mapping system.
4 The reports given by employees are saved on a cloud based database which can be accessed globally.
5 The difference between the allotted visit time and actual visit time can be monitored.
6 With the help of interactive graphs and reports the false reporting can be highlighted.
7 The project ultimately resulted in dramatically improving the performance of on-field employees education department of Zilla Parishad, Nagpur
